Well - if its fake its a damn good one. Personally I think this is likely the first documented instance of clit pumping. It could be as early as 1910 - but I tend to think its sometime in the early 20's definitely before 1925 judging by skirt lengths. According to wikkipedia "...in Britain the name Hoover became synonymous with the vacuum cleaner so much so that one "hoovers" one's carpets.
